Charge Report pdf file Download for GDS BPM /ABPM

Charge reports are needed when the responsibilities of one person are transferred to another person. Charge reports are required to forward to the respective officers to inform them about your joining to the post. You must keep one copy yourself, as it will be needed at the time of promotion to the upper posts.

For joining in GDS post, you are required to send Charge report to the followings along with the engagement letter:

To the posted office.
Post-Master, Sub Office (SO).
Senior Post Master(SPM), Head Office(HO).
Superintendent of Post (SP).
Subdivisional Inspector of Post (SDIP).
Account Post Master(Bill branch), Head Office (HO).
Keep a Self Copy.

Some important information about Charge report:

Relieved Officer: Who is giving up the charge.
Relieving Officer: who is taking the charge.
for ABMP, there is no need to fillup the cash section.
Charge reports can be obtained from BO or downloaded from the net or manually typed.
